Ann commenced her career in real estate in 2004, is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and has excelled in her role as a Property Manager in the inner-west for more than two decades now.
In Cassandra's early career, she worked in the beautiful Victorian rural spa country in the accommodation and hotel sector. Immediately developing a love for customer care in the property and services Industry, she naturally decided to move into a career in Property Management.
Since 2003, she has been a local in the inner west and has since amassed a career of more than two decades in Property Management.
With a diligent and amorous personality, she performs well in her role. A natural conversationalist, she loves to pick up the phone and engage with her clients to provide the best service.
Cassandra enjoys spending time out and about in and amongst the restaurants in the Seddon and Yarraville Villages with her Husband and family.
Chantal commenced her career in Real Estate in 2013 as a junior and was very quickly promoted into a Portfolio Management Role where she has continued to thrive ever since.
Joining Village Real Estate in 2020 as a Senior Property Manager, she very diligently and meticulously looks after her client's investment properties end to end and enjoys the diversity and challenges the role provides.
She provides a very practical and pragmatic approach to her work and invests a lot of time in developing her knowledge around legislative procedures and best practice models.
In her spare time, she assists her husband in running his Electrical business amongst other projects. She is great at multi tasking, being able to effectively navigate and solve a variety of challenges and genuinely cares about her portfolio and her clients.

Courtney commenced her career in Real Estate in 2011 having initially gained experience in reception, leasing and support roles, before studying and qualifying as a Licensed Estate Agent and moving into a Senior Property Management position.
Courtney joined Village Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager in 2017 and has had success in a variety of other roles with us since. Following on from starting a family in 2023, Courtney is now in a property management support role with us where she thrives on creating, implementing, and streamlining systems and processes. She is incredibly skilled in workflow management and ensuring legislative and procedural protocol is met with both enthusiasm and importance.
She is an integral part of our team, knows our portfolio back to front and provides outstanding support to our team and to our clients. She is incredibly flexible in her approach, and genuinely cares about her work.
Courtney is a local through and through, having grown up in Seddon. She, her husband and daughter still live locally where they get to enjoy the wonders of the inner west.
Courtney genuinely loves the local area, the parks, walking trails, shops and taking her daughter out and about to experience all the beauty and joy the inner west has to offer young families.

Helen joined the Village team in 2023 and provides amazing support to our Sales Team and our Vendor and Buyer clients. With several years of experience in Administration and Operational support roles in varying sectors including many years in real estate, Helen is well-versed in providing outstanding support.
Helen is a local to the area and a part of the community. She has a love for yoga, the outdoors and spending time with her husband and adult children.

Joseph has been a member of the local inner-west community which he and his family have lived in since the late 1990's.
After a 16 year career in real estate working in Bayside Melbourne, Joseph joined the Village Real Estate team in 2016 where he has worked hard to build a large client base of referrals and repeat business. He has an incredibly genuine disposition, is a wonderful communicator, and prides himself on the service he provides.

Julie has been an accomplished Accounts and Finance Manager for many years and commenced her career in Real Estate in 2000. With significant experience gained across a variety of property sectors including residential, commercial and owners corporation, Julie now manages both our business and trust accounting functions
Julie prides herself on being incredibly process driven and has an outstanding aptitude for effectively streamlining systems and procedures.
Julie is a Melbourne local and has lived in and around the west her whole life. She loves the period architecture and charm of the older homes in the area and enjoys the local cafes and visits the Seddon Alfa Bakehouse daily.
Katrina commenced her career in Real Estate in 2003 and joined the Village team in 2014.
With more than two decades of Operational experience within the real estate sector, Katrina leads our Property Management, Finance and Administration Departments and has a strong focus on team well being, training and education.
Matea commenced with Village Real Estate in 2014 and has progressively developed her career in a variety of roles including Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, Business Support Services and now in her role of Marketing Manager.
She has very adept knowledge of real estate marketing and associated legislative procedures and a meticulous nature which ensures a smooth and seamless campaign management process.
Being based in the lovely suburb of Seddon, Matea enjoys her daily walks around the area and cannot go past a coffee from one of the many local cafes.

Max joined the Village team in 2023 as a Sales Associate. With a great love for property and an immensely hard-working disposition, Max really drives results through diligence and passion.
Max was born in Italy and migrated to Australia some years ago, and has a background in restaurant and hospitality management, has studied and certified in Project Management, leadership and business and has a love for providing outstanding service.
In his spare time, Max has developed a wonderful career outside of real estate in fitness and personal training and enjoys aiding others in achieving their goals. He also partakes in daily exercise, enjoying time in and around the local parks and gardens and whenever possible, spending time with his wife exploring the culinary offerings of the wonderful local restaurants.
