Ali earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Chester University and started her early career in Human Resources. She knew she had a passion for real estate when she joined the Compass corporate team in 2018 and found herself wanting to dive deeper into what the industry had to offer.

Emily has been part of the VERY team for almost 3 years. She began her real
estate career working for a small, boutique property management company in Washington Square West and fell in love with finding tenants their new home in a city she's called home for 15 years. Upon deciding to transition into sales, Emily began looking for a brokerage to join that shares in her values and gives her the support needed to grow. Her keen understanding of the city, along with over 30 years in local arts administration, art consulting and fundraising, enables Ilana to provide her clients with a uniquely artistic sensitivity to their real estate needs.

When the opportunity to join the VERY Real Estate team at Compass arose in August 2021, Jackie McCormick knew it was a perfect match for her. As a graduate of The Restaurant School, Jackie's 15-year career in the hospitality industry and VERY's core value of exceptional customer service connected perfectly.
Having lived in and around the City her whole working life, Jackie loves all things Philadelphia - from its deep historical charm to its restaurants and neighborhoods. Living now in Newtown Square, Delaware County, Jackie's joining VERY will allow her to focus her energy, work ethic and expertise towards finding her client's their dream homes.
When not researching the market for perfect homes, Jackie and her husband Connor, can be found on the sidelines of one of their children's baseball games or dance classes or, more excitingly, watching an Eagles game.

Kendyll has lived in 3 vastly contrasting neighborhoods of Philadelphia since 2011, so her knowledge of the city and its trends are impeccable and refined. She also brings a unique perspective on the suburbs/surrounding counties of Greater Philadelphia, having grown up in Downingtown - in a home built by her parents, both real estate professionals as well! - and working various jobs in the surrounding counties. She bought her first home with her husband in West Philadelphia in 2018, and they used the construction skills passed down from Kendyll's parents to complete some large renovations on their own!
Kendyll graduated from Temple University with a degree in Musical Theater and Speech Pathology, and has been working as a professional actor in the Philly area ever since. The skill sets required to be a successful actor, including proactivity, outgoingness, and flexibility are all skills that will make for quite a successful REALTOR as well!

A lifetime resident of Philadelphia, Lauren is a treasure trove of information who takes the stress out of home buying and makes it downright fun. Lauren has served on the board of the Gershman Y, was a founding partner of the Hebrew School at Kesher Israel, and served on Philadelphia's Cardiac Family Advisory Council at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys travel and photography.
