Ian is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with over a decade of expertise in Sport and Performance Psychology. As a coach, speaker, author, and researcher, he focuses on the pursuit of human excellence. He has advanced degrees in Sport Psychology (Ph.D.), Kinesiology (M.S.), and Counseling (M.A.). Ian has served as the Director of Sport Psychology for the Kansas State University Athletic Department and is the acting Senior Associate Athletic Director for Peak Performance at Dartmouth College
Jon co-founded Vision Pursue (VP) after it's principles radically shifted his mindset, performance, and overall life experience. He's since guided and assisted in the successful application of these principles inside hundreds of corporate teams and sports franchises. He's a sought after keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and Performance Mindset trainer. Before VP, Jon played 10 years in the NFL plus completed business management and entrepreneurship programs at Harvard Business School and Wharton Business School.
José serves as Excellence & Innovation (E&I) executive advisor for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50, where he oversees the identification, prioritization and execution of high value business innovations. His corporate innovation leadership includes Sony, Cymer-ASML, Nestlé, Black & Veatch, and Andeavor-MPC. Katherine is a former Olympic speed skater who specializes in training and coaching. Katherine was a silver and bronze medal winner at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. Katherine used VP as an athlete making her comeback from significant injuries that caused her to retire from skating in 2013. After her VP experience, she devoted herself to helping others develop their mindset.
Maribeth is an executive coach specializing in helping business professionals bring their best authentic self into every situation. She has spent over 15 years helping executives develop and deliver strong messages. Prior to her career in coaching, Maribeth worked in the financial services industry specializing in Marketing and Investor Relations.
Matt is a software development expert with over 18 years of architecting and building web-based and mobile application solution. Most of his career has been dedicated to cutting edge system for the financial industry where speed, security, and reliability are crucial.

Melinda earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology with a minor in Neuropsychology. Melinda is the President of No Stone Unturned Foundation, which provides financial and therapeutic support for families with children with exceptionalities. She recently served as Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Youngstown State University and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
Nichole specializes in Mindset Coaching. She has experience coaching professionals by partnering with them to create sustainable shifts in mindset. She earned her CPC (Certified Professional Coach), ELI-MP (Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner), and the COR.E Dynamics Specialist Certification through iPEC's comprehensive Coach Training Program. Her passion is to expand human consciousness through mindfulness and empower individuals to reach their peak performance through mental training. Before VP she spent 15+ years in the financial industry. Most recently as a VP of Marketing at Garrison Investment Group.
Russ founded Vision Pursue and has improved the mindset of thousands of corporate leaders and employees and hundreds of professional athletes and coaches. Before VP, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the hedge fund Emil van Essen in Chicago. He was also part of the executive team that took the trading software firm, Trading Technologies, Inc. (TT), from a 20-person startup to a successful 650-person global company as CFO, CIO, Head of Global Support and EVP of Global Buyside Sales.
