Arlan has 5 years of bathtub refinishing experience, and 20 years managing companies and motivating personnel to perform with excellence. Arlan's motto nicely sums up the ethos of Tuff Tubs. "My goal is to raise the bar of quality in our refinishing industry and exceed all customer expectations in a courteous, professional and timely manner." Arlan runs the day to day operations.
