Aje Alfonso

is one of our youngest storytellers, even though he's been part of an award-winning post-production team. His combined information technology and digital storytelling skill sets make sure that our content can thrive in any platform.

Greg Rodriguez III

is an internationally acclaimed sound designer and filmmaker. He finished his certificate in Directing Motion Pictures at the Marilou Diaz-Abaya Film Institute and Arts Center. Greg is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Overmind. He also continues to practice storytelling in other fields especially in Theater where he still actively designs and consults for production and technical design projects. He also continues to teach the art of filmmaking and documentary filmmaking to young people.

Ian Amane

is a composer and filmmaker. After he finished his Bachelors in the Humanities at the University of Asia and the Pacific, he studied film scoring under the multi-awarded composer Nonong Buencamino. He was Overmind's COO and CFO for several years before finally taking on the leadership of the company as its CEO in 2018. Ian also works as a financial consultant for several start-ups and continues to develop tools and frameworks in building teams and improving project management practices in organizations.

Jonathan Guillermo

is a playwright, historian, and filmmaker. He graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor's Degree in the Humanities. He is a three-time Carlos Palanca Awardee for Literature and currently serves as Overmind's Chief Marketing Officer. He recently penned the screenplay to a collaboration between Overmind, Fox Philippines, and Unitel Pictures, under the direction of Mark Meily entitled "Maledicto" which comes out in theaters in 2019.

X Vallez

is a multi-awarded poet, playwright, and director. He finished his Masters Degrees in Information Technology, Humanities, and Business Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific. After working for a decade in the film industry under the late film legend Marilou Diaz-Abaya, he founded Overmind, where he aims to bring together his knowledge in these varied fields to preach the art of storytelling as a framework for strategic thinking and organizational development.
