Darla Stiles

Darla Stiles, MS, PA-C joins Valley Family Practice after spending the last 8 years as a family medicine physician assistant specializing in rural and underserved communities. She is comfortable treating all age ranges, and recognizes the honor associated with caring for entire families; building a trusting relationship based on compassion and wellness. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Darla earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Oregon State University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in 2013. During this time, she also earned the prestigious title of Josiah Hill III PA Memorial Scholar in recognition of her outstanding academic performance and community service. During her medical training, she developed a passion for women's health and completed an international rotation in Kenya where she honed her skills in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic procedures, and women's health promotion. In her personal life, Darla enjoys spending time with her fellow PA-C husband, whom she met in graduate school, and their two children, Abigail and Owen and their golden retriever, Gus. She particularly loves breaking away to the Oregon coast as well as partner dancing, pottery, camping, fishing and hiking. "I believe in treating the entire patient and strive to form a partnership between myself and those under my care. When you come to see me, I promise to meet you where you are and will work to develop an individual treatment plan that empowers you to live a healthier and more fulfilling life."

Jody Haas

Jody's primary goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care for her patients. Her vision is to create a medical home where patients not only receive top-notch medical attention but also feel heard, understood, and respected. She believes that building meaningful relationships with patients is fundamental to providing effective healthcare. She understands the importance of a collaborative approach, where patients are partners in their healthcare and wellness journey. Experience Jody has practiced as a registered nurse in the Rogue Valley for over 27 years. Her primary areas of nursing experience are Critical Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology and Plastic Surgery. In 2023, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University . In 2024, she obtained her National Certification from AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her personal life, Jody enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and hiking.

Monique Noyes

Monique is now welcoming new patients into her practice. She believes in creating a nurturing, compassionate environment that is focused on building lasting relationships with her patients. She offers an integrative, holistic approach to medicine that is individualized with goals of creating optimal health and wellness opportunities. She is dedicated to prevention, risk reduction, and simplistic goals that foster wellness. As a practicing nurse for over 20 years, Monique has experience in critical care, surgery, and family medicine. Monique completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing through Oregon Health and Science University in 1998. She worked at Rogue Regional Medical Center in all facets of surgery for the following 10 years. In 2008 she completed her Masters in Nursing from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Cal. She simultaneously obtained her Advance Practice Certification for Surgical First Assisting and Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification.
