Universal Progress Plastic Mfy. Co. Ltd. ("UPP") was established in 1976 in Hong Kong. We focus on providing innovative and high quality disposable food handling and medical protection products solution to our customers. We are a manufacturer that holds ISO 13485:2012 and ISO 9001 certificates valid for manufacture and distribution of medical devices. Through many years of cooperation with our factories and suppliers, we have established a network of factories strategically located in China (near Shanghai, Wuhan and Dongguan) and Indonesia that enable us to provide high quality and cost effective disposable food handling and medical protection products to our customers located worldwide.
