Unique Travel Holding was officially unveiled in October 1999. The success of the first start-ups «Planeta Znaniy» and «The Seventh Heaven» travel agencies as well as subsequent launch of the new travel and «Studio of Fashion Travel» travel agency brought about the idea of uniting all the brands under one roof, in order to consolidate and expand market presence, streamline the management and exploit synergies.
