With an office in Hannibal and closing facilities in New London, Wells Abstract offers title services in Marion, Monroe, Ralls, Shelby, Pike, Audrain and Lewis Counties in Missouri... We are licensed to do business in the State of Missouri. We offer escrow services, closings, title insurance, abstracts, letter reports, owner reports, and radius searches. Our average turn around for searches is one to two days, however we do accept rush orders and will do our best to accommodate your time constraints... Wells Abstract traces it's history back to the late 1800's. At that time Doug Wells and his partner Mr. DeTienne (whose first name is lost to history), established Wells and DeTienne abstracting. With offices in the Court House in Hannibal, they were able to provide quick service for the local banks and attorneys.
