Michael is a graduate of Galway\Mayo Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Construction Management. With over 25 years of experience Michael has worked in various aspects of the construction industry in both Ireland and Australia on a wide range of projects including Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Educational. He has experience in estimating, value at risk calculations, loss assessing, project administration, quantity surveying and cost reporting services to residential, commercial, financial institutions and public bodies.

Shane is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Builder who graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Dublin Institute of Technology, and University College Dublin. Shane is a member of a number of professional bodies including the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Society of Construction Law. He is also an accredited mediator through the ADR Group in the UK. With over 14 years' experience within the construction and property industry he has worked in a variety of consultancy roles to a range of clients.

Tom is a graduate from Bolton Street College of Technology, having graduated with a B.Sc Degree in Surveying and a Construction Economics Diploma. Tom has gained a varied and wide range of experience working with leading Construction Contractors as well operating on behalf of Developers and Specialist Contractors on Commercial and Residential projects. With over 30 years' of experience Tom has worked in all aspects of the construction industry in both Ireland and UK. He has vast experience in estimating, loss assessing, value at risk calculations, project management, and the provision of all chartered quantity surveying duties.
