Anna D'Alessandro is thrilled to join Warrick Dunn Charities as the Program Coordinator. As an Atlanta native, she grows to love the city more and more each year. Ms. D'Alessandro holds a degree in International Relations from Oglethorpe University and is an active alumnus. After spending a majority of her career in the local food world, she joined WDC in 2022 from Peachtree Road Farmers Market, one of the largest farmers markets in Metro Atlanta, and The Community Co., which operates the Tucker Farmers Market and Norcross Community Market. Shortly after college, Ms. D'Alessandro became the Programs Coordinator for the Georgia Farmers Market Association, where she ran education classes for farmers and small businesses, and worked with her team and local partners to create and implement Just Food, a hybrid farmers market developed to fight food inequities. Through this work, Ms. D'Alessandro has become passionate about uplifting communities, honed her skills of extensive event planning and relationship building, and strengthens these skills with Warrick Dunn Charities. In her down time, she can be found hiking with her dog, shopping at a farmers' market, or cooking with family and friends.

Nancy Mulholland

Nancy Mulholland is a passionate champion for children and families who brings with her over 17 years of experience to Warrick Dunn Charities, Inc. Ms. Mulholland has had the privilege of working with at-risk youth and their families through both the government and nonprofit sectors in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ms. Mulholland graduated from Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human and Community Service. Upon graduation, Nancy returned home to Pittsburgh to start her career as a Youth Counselor working with young ladies who were court-involved. In addition to her work with children, Nancy is actively involved in the community as a member of the Chapter Advisory Board of UNC Charlotte's Eta Psi Chapter of Kappa Delta and she serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Larry King's Clubhouse.

Sophie Boice

Sophie Boice is WDC's 2023 Summer Intern. She is currently an undergraduate student at Georgia Institute of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy and Innovation. She is passionate about learning people's stories and connecting with them. She worked as a nanny for local families for six years and enjoyed the process of teaching kids valuable lessons they can carry into adolescence. She has also enjoyed being a part of the Warrick Dunn Charities Team, which shares the same vision of supporting families. In her business career, Ms. Boice hopes to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and how it relates to strategic decision-making processes. Having grown up in Georgia, Ms. Boice's time spent in Atlanta has only increased her love for the community. She is also a member of the Georgia Tech Cross Country & Track team. When she is not running, she can be found playing ping pong, baking, or enjoying time with her family and friends.

Whitney Jackson

Whitney Jackson joined Warrick Dunn Charities in July 2018 as our Executive Director. Ms. Jackson brings with her over fifteen years of non-profit management and social services experience and is passionate about improving the quality of life for children and families. Ms. Jackson has had the privilege of impacting youth in Philadelphia, PA and North Carolina through organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania, Council for Children's Rights, the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, The New Teacher Project (TNTP), and most recently served as the Executive Director of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Gaston County. Ms. Jackson is a native of Atlanta, GA and graduated from Emory University with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Women's Studies. Additionally, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice with her Master of Social Work diploma and began her career as a school-based Social Worker in Philadelphia. Currently Ms. Jackson oversees the day-to-day operations, fiscal management, staffing, and philanthropic endeavors of Warrick Dunn Charities, and is charged with working closely with the Board of Directors to fulfill the mission of our organization and executing Mr. Dunn's vision of improving lives, instilling hope, and inspiring communities.
