Avery Wonacott

Mr. Wonacott joined WE Family Offices in April 2023 and serves as an Investment Associate for the Investment Research team. Prior to WE, Avery worked in the Risk department for Mutual of America Financial Group before joining Crystal Capital Partners as Director of Research. At WE, he assists the research team with macroeconomic data and financial market research, along with conducting ongoing due-diligence and third-party manager sourcing of private & public investment opportunities. Avery also assists internal advisor teams with ad-hoc request including asset allocation and portfolio construction analysis. Carolina Salazar

Carolina Salazar has worked in the financial services industry for more than 15 years. In 2001, Ms. Salazar joined WE's predecessor, TBK Investments Inc. She currently serves as WE's Director of Reconciliation and Technology. In that capacity, Ms. Salazar is responsible for managing a team that reviews clients' monthly account statements and produces monthly consolidated statements. Ms. Salazar also supervises the operation of the company's website and client portal, and our company's information technology systems. An experienced software designer and engineer, she is focused on continuing to evaluate current systems and procedures, improving them and implementing changes as necessary to maximize the organization's performance in order to deliver value-adding effective and secure client services. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Salazar worked in Lima, Peru as a systems analyst for several different financial institutions, where she developed a complete investment aggregation software program. She earned her bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima in Peru.

Claudia Naffah joined WE Family Offices in 2015. Prior to joining WE, Ms. Naffah was the Head of Client Services and Operations at Hencorp Becstone LC, and Compass Group LLC, serving as the primary contact for client requests, acting as liaison between clients, providers (both US and offshore), and third-party professionals. She was responsible for maintaining the day-to-day client relationships, along with the implementation of asset/portfolio allocation strategies. Prior to that, she was part of the team of a single family office, Berggruen Holdings, working on analysis, reconciliation and audit of an expansive portfolio. Ms. Naffah graduated with a M.S Financial Economics and Multinational Commerce from Boston University, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. Joseph Kellogg works with families to make informed decisions for their wealth enterprise. As partner of WE Family Offices, he works with clients to identify their unique objectives and challenges and to implement a comprehensive planning strategy in coordination with their estate and tax planning professionals. Prior to working with the multi-family office, Joseph provided wealth-planning services for international private clients of UBS AG (Miami) and of HSBC Private Bank (Miami). In 2002, he opened and managed the Miami representative office for the Amicorp Group providing corporate and fiduciary structures to both corporate and private clients. From 1997 to 2002, Joseph worked with the Citco Group of companies based in Curacao, and in the British Virgin Islands. He is a recipient of the STEP Founder's Award. He is former Chair and Board Member of STEP Miami Branch and former Vice-Chair and Board Member of STEP USA. Currently, he is a Member of the Business Families Global Special Interest Group. Joseph M. DiBartolo - Chief Compliance Officer

Joseph M. DiBartolo serves as WE Family Offices' Chief Compliance Officer and brings with him over 35 years of experience in the management and execution of compliance activities for SEC registered and unregistered investment adviser firms and private investment funds. Mr. DiBartolo, as a consultant for Advisory Compliance Associates LLC (ACA), provides regulatory compliance consulting and serves as an outsourced chief compliance officer to multiple SEC registered investment advisers, His career experience also includes working with large institutional and retail asset management firms and dual registrants ranging up to $300 billion AUM. He most recently worked for Alaric Compliance Services LLC for 12 years as a consultant and outsourced CCO and held senior compliance roles for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. (BSCI), Bear Stearns Asset Management (BSAM) and its asset management affiliates where he was responsible for supporting the parent company's wealth and institutional asset management. Mr. DiBartolo also served as the Rule 206(4)-7 Chief Compliance Officer to four of Bear Stearns' affiliated investment adviser firms and hedge funds. Mr. DiBartolo previously served as the Compliance Manager for PIMCO Advisers and its affiliates, and Head of Compliance for HSBC Asset Management Americas, Inc. Prior to that, she served as chairman and chief executive officer of JP Morgan Private Bank, an institution with more than $300 billion in client assets under supervision. Her career in banking began in 1977 at Citibank. She joined the Chase Manhattan Private Bank in 1983 and was named head of Chase's worldwide private banking business in 1997. Following the Chase-JP Morgan merger, she became chairman and chief executive officer of JP Morgan Private Bank. Mel serves on the boards of The Walt Disney Company and The Coca-Cola Company. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and as of March 2019, she became a Trustee of the Carnegie Corporation of New York. In August 2015 she was named one of the 50 most influential women in Wealth Management by Private Asset Management. In 2012, Mel was named one of the Directorship 100 by the National Association of Corporate Directors and was named by American Banker one of 2012's Top 25 Women in Finance. Michael Zeuner has been serving wealthy families for more than two decades. As one of three managing partners of WE Family Offices, he oversees the firm's US business strategy. Michael is a nationally recognized leader in the family office industry and has dedicated his professional career to empowering financially successful families to manage their wealth. Michael is a co-founder and a board member of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute, a non-profit think tank and learning exchange. In addition, Michael is a co-founder and a board member of the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard and serves as an independent director at Wren Investment Office, a UK-based multi-family office and a member firm of the global alliance formed by WE, Wren and MdF. Prior to his role at WE Family Offices he served as senior executive partner of GenSpring Family Offices. In this capacity, he had responsibility for the leadership and management of GenSpring's network of 10 family offices in the United States, that firm's key advisory practices, and its delivery of a high-quality client experience. In addition, he was a member of the firm's Operating Committee. Before joining GenSpring, Michael was managing director and global head of Wealth Solutions at JP Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the executive team, he had responsibility for strategic planning, branding, marketing and specialized advisory services (family governance, philanthropy and fine art wealth management) for the worldwide private bank. A management consultant by training, Michael led projects in the financial services area for both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Santiago Ulloa has been working with wealthy families for more than two decades. As founder and one of WE's three managing partners, Santiago is responsible for the firm's overall international business strategy. In 2000, Mr. Ulloa founded the firm's predecessor company, TBK Investments, Inc., to counsel and advise international high net worth families. Since that time, as one of the world's foremost leaders in the family office industry, Santiago works with client families to enhance the overall function of their wealth enterprise® s. In August of 2007, TBK joined forces with GenSpring Family Offices and he served as president of GenSpring Family Offices International. In January 2013, the firm once again became independent as WE Family Offices. Prior to founding TBK, Mr. Ulloa was with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya, where he led Private Banking for all of Latin America as well as product development and regional distribution for the Americas. He was an active member of the Council Board of Banco Provincial Overseas in Curazao (BBVA Group) and of the "BBVA American Fund Managers Limited" (BBVA's asset management firm).
