In 2013, Yareton Investment & Management WA LLC , a Washington State Real Estate Developer obtained construction permit to begin construction process of developing a Starwood Hotel licensed " Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South". This Yareton's first upscale branded hotel is located at 22406 Pacific Highway South in Des Moines, Washington. It is about 3 miles south of Seattle - Tacoma International Airport, one of the west coast busiest airports. Developer is funding a portion of this hotel project through EB-5 visa program offered by the United States Citizen and Immigration Service. The 225 -room hotel, had its Grand Opening ​in early February 2016 and is now available for occupancy.
