Adam D'Alessandro

Adam joined Woodsome Management Pty Ltd in 2020 as a Project Manager. Expanding on his experience as a Senior Planning Consultant, both within Australia and overseas; Adam has proven project management and administration skills in greenfield and built-form projects of varying scales.

Donato (Don) Fini

Job Titles:
  • Specialist
Don has over 30 years' experience in the property and construction industry starting with the Fini Group. In the past few years Don has specialised in regeneration and refurbishment projects and environmentally sustainable housing. Don is also a registered builder in Western Australia and Victoria. Don's ability to deliver world class regeneration and infrastructure projects is clearly demonstrated through projects such as St James Estate, Perth, Boans Warehouse, East Perth and Majestic Quay, East Perth and Mindarie Quay in Mindarie. Don's knowledge base and experience allows him to continually question the design process and outcomes in terms of practicality and cost. His interest in environmental and sustainable design was further consolidated with post graduate studies in Thermal Analysis of Buildings at RMIT, Melbourne. Don joined the Woodsome team in 2013 as a specialist consultant and is working on affordable and adaptive residential construction and large-scale recycling initiatives.

Karina Wells

Karina joined Woodsome Management Pty Ltd in 2015 as an Office Administrator and then advanced to Office Manager in 2016. As well as managing the day to day running of the office, Karina works closely with the Directors and Project Managers on various projects; coordinating meetings, updating budgets, processing accounts, formatting documents and maintaining correspondence. Karina's accumulated knowledge of the land industry whilst working for Woodsome has seen her maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality whilst working with staff, consultants and stakeholders - and importantly maintaining a stable core in an often-hectic environment.

Raby Yang

Job Titles:
  • Accountant
Raby joined the Woodsome team in 2020 as an Accountant. Her job includes managing Woodsome's day to day accounts, processing Payroll, lodging monthly and quarterly Instalments and Business Activity Statements, as well as preparing and lodging annual Tax Returns and Fringe Benefit Returns. Raby has completed her Gradate Diploma of Chartered Accountant in 2022 and will continue to work closely with the team on various accounting and tax matters.

Ross Ledger - Founder

Job Titles:

Ross is a Chartered Accountant who has operated the firm R E Ledger Pty Ltd since 1990. He is a Life Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, has had over sixty years' experience in accounting, business, and philanthropy and was a partner of Hendry Rae Court for twenty-five years. He is a director of the Stan Perron Charitable Trust, Australian Wildlife Conservancy and a number of private companies. Also, a past board member of Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, the State Administrative Tribunal, and a past District Governor of Rotary International. In 2020 he became a member of the Order of Australia for services to the accounting profession, wildlife conservancy and the community. Ross is a founding Director of Woodsome and oversees all financial aspects of the company and related projects.
