Jan Root

Jan Root has 20 years of experience in bookkeeping for law firms. During this time her concentration has been in accounts receivable, accounts payable, trust accounting and invoicing. Away from work, she is focused on her family which consists of her husband, daughter and two grandsons, her yard and traveling.

Tammy Dean

Tammy Dean has 22 years of experience as a paralegal assisting attorneys in various areas of practice. Her greatest joy is helping people of which she states, "It is not enough to be good but rather to do good. If I have helped our clients whether the task is big or small, then I've done my job and done it well." Tammy's areas of concentration include civil litigation, estate planning and elder law, rule making and policy making on the state level, business planning and consumer law. When not working her focus is on family, golfing, music and art.

Terri Winblad

After 20 years of professional medical sales, Terri gained knowledge and expertise in working with health care providers to help improve the health of Oklahomans. In 2009, Terri turned her focus and passions to helping others in a more direct way as a scholarship coordinator for students at UCO and currently as a case manager for survivors of the 1995 Murrah Building Bombing. Terri holds a Masters in Community Counseling and Family Services from the University of Oklahoma. As a life long Oklahoman, her position as Winblad Law's Professional Services Coordinator will allow Terri to continue connecting community partners with those seeking information and access to estate planning and long term care options.

Warranty Deed

A person issuing Warranty Deed represent that he or she is owns the property free and clear of liens, claims mortgages, etc. Also that he or she has full power to convey the property and will defend the title thereto against all persons who may lawfully claim the same, and the covenants and warranty shall be obligatory and binding upon any such grantor, his heirs and personal representatives as if written at length in such deed.
