ZACHARY AND SONS - Key Persons

Sons Homes is composed of Zachary Shultz (Owner), sons Josh Shultz (Project Manager) & Aaron Shultz (General Contractor/Foreman), as well as an award-winning team that combines generations of experience with cutting-edge expertise.

Zachary Shultz was born into the building business and began his career working for his grandfather in Oklahoma. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, Zachary went on to earn his MBA from the University of Utah. When his first child, Joshua, was born, he felt called to a simpler life and began building custom homes in Santa Fe, New Mexico. When he is not walking the job sites or working with clients, Zachary, along with a small brigade of loving grandchildren, seeks the peace and tranquility of his beloved family ranch in the Texas Panhandle. Now more than ever, Zachary engages with each client from start to finish in order to ensure a smooth and cohesive build process. The next generation of Shultz builders is guided by his vision and held to his exacting standards in order to maintain the award winning quality that has come to define Zachary & Son's Homes.
