Winding Creek Nursery is a family owned and operated retail and wholesale nursery, conveniently located close to US 131, halfway between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. We are Michigan natives who take pride in growing Michigan Native trees, such as the Sugar Maple, Red Maple, White Oak, Red Oak and more. We also grow many other popular cultivars to fit the needs of your landscaping projects. All the trees grown at our nursery are deciduous shade and ornamental trees, grown in the ground until they are sold. This ensures a healthy tree that is already acclimated to Michigan weather. Once a tree is sold, it will be dug with a tree spade and placed in burlap with a wire basket. Our farm is mostly clay, assuring a solid and healthy root ball.
