His initial target market was wholesale to Delicatessen and Supermarkets - but that changed over times and today he is specialised in manufacturing / wholesale as well as Event Catering of authentic German Gourmet Sausages. 3 Catering Units on several outdoor events in Victoria as well as Adelaide and Sydney are operated throughout the year... In 1993 Tom founded DRIWAG Smallgoods Pty Ltd trading as Deli Land to manufacture German Smallgoods in Victoria and developed with the help of his parents his products suitable for this market. In 1996 he changed the company image and renamed it to Wagners Fine Foods.
