An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute with the Chartered Insurance Broker (CIB) designation, Amanda joined the staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in March 1993 in the capacity of Account Handler and was promoted through various positions to her current role as Managing Director. She holds a Diploma in Accounting and Management and a Masters in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School. Amanda serves as Director on the Board of the College of Insurance and Professional Studies and enjoys reading in her spare time.
Camile joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in February 2002 in the capacity of a Trainee Account Executive in the Marketing Department. She has been promoted through various positions to her current role of Technical Manager. Holder of a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies (minor in Accounting) from the University of the West Indies, Camile is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She has received extensive training in reinsurance and brokering through an internship at BMS Risk Solutions, London. With a keen eye for detail, Camile is always willing to assist and has a passion for problem solving, training, and development. She is outgoing, loves music, playing dominoes, and learning new things.

Dwayne joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in October 2011, in the capacity of Business Strategist. Prior to this, he worked in the GraceKennedy Corporate office after previously being employed by the Bank of Jamaica.
With over five (5) years of experience in financial analysis and strategic planning. He supports the management team in the execution of the company's strategic objectives and was promoted in January 2014 to his current role as Strategy and Governance Manager.
Dwayne holds a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics (minor in Political Science).
Dwayne is also certified a Professional Evaluation & Certification Board (PECB) ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
Gabrielle joined the marketing team at Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in the capacity of Senior Account Executive in 2009. She brings to AIB over twenty four (24) years experience in the General and Employee Benefits insurance field, spanning areas of underwriting, sales and marketing. Gabrielle was formerly a Board Director and Company Secretary at Jamaica Citadel Insurance Brokers Limited for over ten (10) years.
Gabrielle holds a Diploma in Supervisory Management from the University of the West Indies, Diploma in Management from the Jamaican Institute of Management, Certificates in the General Insurance and Employee Benefits from the College of Insurance & Professional Studies. She has also completed a Sales and Marketing course from the University of New Orleans and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Law Degree with the University of Technology.

Kay Ann joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in February 1995, in the capacity of Junior Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Department. A Fellow of The Life Management Institute with over twenty-seven (27) years experience in the insurance industry, Kay Ann also holds a Diploma in Associate Customer Service from the Life Office Management Association, in addition to a Diploma in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies.

Patrick joined the Staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in December 2002 in the capacity of Account Executive.
A graduate of the Insurance College of Jamaica with Diplomas in General Insurance and Supervisory Management and a Certificate in Marketing, Patrick has also completed courses in Fire and Engineering Insurance at one of the world's leading reinsurance companies, Munich Re, in Germany. His twenty (20) years of experience spans underwriting, risk management and claims. He has participated in various sales and insurance seminars and workshops over the years.
Patrick enjoys watching football, cricket and formula one racing.

Robert joined the Staff of Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in July 2006 in the Claims department in the capacity of Senior Claims Technician. He then made the transition to Sales and Marketing in the capacity of Account Executive.
Robert is a graduate of Nova South Eastern University where he completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He is also the holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree with a major in Marketing. He has fifteen (15) years experience in the insurance industry.
He enjoys lawn tennis, motor sports and running.

Shirley-Ann re-joined Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in April 2008 as Senior Account Executive after a previous tenure from 1996 to 2002. She currently operates in the capacity of Senior Broker.
With over twenty (20) years of experience in underwriting and broking in the general insurance industry, Shirley-Ann brings to the team, a wealth of experience in managing the portfolios of corporate clients.
Shirley-Ann is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London) and holds a Diploma in Insurance from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies.
Wayne joined the marketing team at Allied Insurance Brokers Limited in the capacity of Senior Broker in 2007. He brings to the team, over twenty (20) years of experience in the general insurance industry, spanning areas of marketing and underwriting in the capacities of Assistant Manager-Corporate Accounts and Non-Motor Manager at NEM Insurance Company Limited. Wayne holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Technology, and a Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. He also has a Diploma in Supervisory Management and Certificates in the General Insurance classes from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies.
