We began raising worms in 2001 for the purpose of personal composting. Soon we realized that we had a good thing going. We started to sell worms to friends and neighbors as our "herd" kept growing. We are now proud to be offering worms to the general public, municipalities, and small businesses... We are located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado, with our main operation currently located in the historic ski town of Breckenridge, CO. We collect fruit, vegetable, and plant wastes, coffee grounds, and old newspapers from local businesses to feed our worms, reducing the burden on the local landfill and producing some awesome organic fertilizer and more worms in the process.
