David Bull started Atlantis Swimming Pools in spring 1983 having previously worked for a swimming pool maintenance company in the summer of 1982. Having obtained first hand experience in building and maintaining swimming pools, the next step was to grow the business year on year. David studied the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers Course before taking their exams. In March 1989 he obtained a pass as a Tn.I.S.P.E
