After graduating from Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Management, Alfie set his sights on moving to London and pursuing a career in business finance. Originally from Hampshire, he is a passionate Southampton FC supporter!

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Andrew worked in wealth advisory, asset management and hedge funds. He co-founded 365 Business Finance and serves as Managing Director. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and skiing.

Originally from the Netherlands, Angelique moved to London in 2017 to pursue a career in hospitality. After three years of gaining experience in client-driven roles, she joined 365 finance to strengthen the Customer Retentions Team. In her spare time, Angelique enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and socialising with friends.

Working for over 8 years at 365 finance, Anthony is one of the team heads for the underwriting team. In his free time he loves to travel, and enjoys anything relating to motorsport.

Chris heads up email strategy and automation, analysing data and metrics to develop effective lead nurture and repeat business campaigns. He also works closely with Partnerships on coordinating joint marketing initiatives with key partners. In his spare time Chris is an avid film buff and enjoys immersive events.

With 35+ years within Financial Services, specifically Card Payments & Associated Services the past 15 years, Chris leads the Strategic Partnership activities at 365 finance.
When not busy with family (4 grandchildren) Chris can be found touring in his Motorhome.
Fisayo has experience in communication design and customer focused roles within diverse sectors. In her spare time, Fisayo enjoys socialising with family & friends, travelling, and exploring new places.
After graduating with a Masters from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Flutra joined 365 finance and heads the Customer Retention team. With 90% of our clients going on to renew their funding, Flutra is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient running of this funding process. In her spare time, Flutra enjoys home baking, dining out and exploring new places.
Fred is one of our Funding Advisors in the sales team and has been with the company since 2022. Outside of work Fred will either be enjoying time with friends and family or on the golf course.

Originally from the sunny state of Florida, Hannah is a marketing manager who spearheads our social and content strategy. When not crafting compelling campaigns, she can be found immersing herself in London's art scene or sampling the city's culinary offerings.
Harry has over 6 years in customer focused sales roles and has been part of the 365 finance sales team for over 4 years. In his spare time enjoys playing golf and football as well as traveling around the world.
After graduating with a degree in engineering from Warwick University, Hossain joined the 365 finance team, and is now a Funding Advisor. Hossain has always been interested in sales from an early age. In his spare time, he loves to run and play table tennis.
With over 23 years of IT experience after graduating as an Electronics & Communications Engineer, Joe heads technology at 365 finance. In his free time he enjoys reading, gardening and music.

With six years' experience in financial services, Lauren is currently a Senior Retentions Executive in the Retentions team at 365 finance. In her spare time she enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends and travelling around the world.
Margaux grew up in Switzerland and studied in Leeds for four years. She speaks French and English and in her spare time loves to ski, take her Bernese Mountain dog on walks, and socialise with friends.

With 18 years' experience in marketing, including 11 years in financial services, Martin leads the marketing and brand team at 365 finance.
In his free time he enjoys traveling (to warmer climes), cooking and tennis.
With seven years' experience in financial services, Matt is currently a sales manager in the funding team. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports, going on holiday and walking his two dogs.
Matt was one of the first employees at 365 finance and has been with the company since 2014. He co-heads the sales team and is part of the executive committee. Outside of the office, Matt is a big Arsenal fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends!
One of the first employees at 365 finance, Nathan is the Co-Head of Sales since 2014 and has provided SMEs with over £65 million of business funding. Outside of his professional life, Nathan is an avid long-distance runner, taking on marathons, ultras, and multi-day runs.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Raf worked in Asset Management before joining 365 finance in 2013 to run finance and operations. In his spare time, he enjoys football, cricket and travelling.
With a wealth of experience spanning six years in the financial services industry, Ramiel is a seasoned Sales Manager within the funding team. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ramiel's heart lies in spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in sports, and passionately supporting his favourite football club, Arsenal FC.

Simon heads up the broker/intermediary partnerships for the Midlands and the North and is responsible for the strategic growth of our key partners for the said regions. With over 15 years experience in finance, he has worked with various funders in the commercial finance sector over the last 7 years. He is an huge Wolves fan and enjoys Golf in his spare time.

Stephen Yearwood is the Director of the Partnerships Team at 365 finance. He brings over 25 years of experience having worked for a number of Banks, Fintech Lenders and as a Commercial Finance Broker. Stephen is responsible for the growth and onboarding of new partners in the Broker and Affiliates channel. In his spare time Stephen enjoys competitive long distance cycling.

Originally from New Zealand, Stu's been with 365 finance for 7 years and held senior roles in sales and renewals. In the little free time he gets (thanks to his toddler) Stu enjoys going to gym and watching sport but above all sleep.
Tom graduated from the LSE with a first class degree in Economics. Following this he worked as a business analyst, before moving into business finance sales, and is now a funding advisor in the 365 finance team. In his free time he enjoys socialising with friends, eating out and going to gigs
With over 17 years' experience in commercial litigation, Vickie joined 365 finance this year as Head of Legal (Litigation) from her previous longstanding role as Director at a top 50 national law firm. When Vickie is not running around after her 3 year old twins, she loves cooking and hosting family and friends.

Warren is a Chartered Accountant who started his financial career as an audit clerk for KPMG in 2009. He was later the CFO for OracleMed Health before moving to Bayport Financial Services in 2014, in charge of Business Strategy: Acquisition and Retention. He later held the position of CFO for Bayport's operations in both Colombia and Latin America. He has extensive lending experience in competitive markets across multiple continents and joined 365 finance as Chief Commercial Officer to drive product innovation, strengthen embedded finance partnerships and sustainably scale the business into new markets.
Will graduated from university in Bristol. Since then, he has 7 years sales experience, working across a number of different industries. He enjoys watching and playing sports, being social with friends and watching films.
