Our Story In 2005, Darren Stuchbery, a dedicated Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, began working at Functional Health Solutions, a small one-man business on the NSW Central Coast. To make this work, he would travel from Sydney a few times per week, often working late and sleeping on the floor, then hitting the local gym each morning to freshen up. In 2007, Darren seized the opportunity to buy the business (his own job!), leading to the creation of 6S Health Pty Ltd. Starting with this central location in Gosford, we expanded to satellite rooms in Toukley, Wyong, Kariong, and Woy Woy, responding to a growing need for Exercise Physiologists. A pivotal moment came in 2009 when we secured space in the Wellness section of the Mingara One project, allowing us to add complementary services like Chiropractic, Naturopathy, and more over the years.
