Michael Dauss is a 1978 Graduate of Ball State University, College of Architecture and Planning. He is a licensed Architect with NCARB certification since 1986 with license to practice in multiple states.
His involvement in the Anderson Community includes Past Commissioner of Anderson Planning Commission, Past President of Madison County Habitat for Humanity. Currently an active member of Anderson Noon Lions Club and a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
His hobbies include: golf, woodworking, and gardening.

Pauline Neal is a retired CNA, Early Childhood Educator and Family Nutrition Advisor. She as been active in the Madison County and Anderson Community for over 39 years.

Rob Spaulding is a life long resident of Anderson, Indiana. He is married to Lisa Ginley with four grown children and eight grandchildren. He has spent 25 years as a senior leader of non-profit organizations and earned his Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. He is active in the Anderson community as a member of multiple boards and as an active advocate for the poor and marginalized.
Mr. Spaulding is a member of Northview Church Anderson. He is also a barista, sound engineer, runner, gym rat, trail hiker, and a true believer in a mission.
Thomas Newman, Jr. was a safety patrol captain at Hazelwood Grade School and an "A" sweater winner for golf, before becoming an assistant to Congressman J. Edward Roush. Mr. Newman served as the Assistant Majority Attorney of Indiana House of Representaives before an impressive career as a Judge in Madison County for 43 years.
