Ernest has conducted Operations, Quality and Safety Audits for numerous international companies and organizations worldwide.
He was the Chief Safety Officer for Naturelink Aviation, during which time he worked closely with the United Nations, the World Food Programme (WFP), as well as the Oil and Gas Producers (OGP).
He was also instrumental in the development and placement of the first civilian missile protected aircraft in Iraq.
