Blake Consulting Services, L.L.C. was founded by James W. Blake, P.E., L.S., LEED A.P.®, bringing over 30 years of industry experience and insights to projects. He is a registered professional engineer and land surveyor in numerous states as well as LEED® accredited. His college education includes Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Business/Accounting from the University of Maryland. With an extensive background in business development and management as well as technical design skills, he provides a full range of consulting expertise. Jim is active in many professional and business associations including the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Society of Civil Engineers (Fellow), American Society of Highway Engineers, and the Design Build Institute of America. He is also active in many civic organizations.
