Akash completed his schooling at Canberra Grammar School in 2022 undertaking a international Baccalaureate. His Business Management internal assessment was on the feasibility of a second clinic in Gunghalin to compliment our Deakin practice. His recommendation was to establish this practice which allows our patients in the north of Canberra to have better access to cardiology outpatient care. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Melbourne. Like his sister, he loves looking after patients and hopes to also to become a doctor. He works in our clinic whenever he is in Canberra.

After completing high school at Glen Waverley Secondary College in Melbourne, Deepa undertook a Bachelor of Business Systems at Monash University. She initially worked as an analyst programmer at National Australia bank in Melbourne and then Westpac in Syndey. After two beatiful children she returned to the workforce in 2010 and has been an integral part of the Canberra Heart Clinic. Deepa is a highly skilled cardiac sonographer. She graduated with distinction in Cardiac Ultrasound from Queensland University of Technology in 2013 and has utmost professionalism and is very friendly.

Esha initially graduated as a dentist in India. After moving to Australia, she commenced general sonography at the University of Canberra. Esha then changed her career to cardiac sonography following her passion for this sub-specialty and love for patient care. She endears the challenge to manage her time and multi-task being a mother of two girls, a wife and herself being a skilled professional. She is a diligent trainee sonographer who is currently doing the Diploma of Cardiac Ultrasound at the Queensland University of Technology. She values dedication, devotion, and loyalty to her profession. Esha has been a part of Canberra Heart Clinic since June 2022. Esha loves cooking different styles of cuisine and attending social events. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching kids grow and mature into wonderful people.

Hanna is a valuable member from our Dream Admin team. She provides help to the Canberra Heart Clinic during our busiest periods. Hanna is a skilled and experienced professional with a diverse background that encompasses various industries and roles. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise and a commitment to excellence in all her endeavours.
Having worked at the cold face of childcare and beauty therapy, in both management and operational roles, Hanna has a deep understanding of providing excellent customer service with a focus on care and compassion. An excellent communicator in both written and verbal, Hanna has a talent for conveying administrative concepts to all stakeholders. This skill has proven invaluable in fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and client's businesses alike.
Outside work, Hanna loves spending time with her family, friends and partner as well as spoiling her ragdoll cat, Loki.

Helen, who has more than three decades of expertise in cardiology outpatients at the Canberra Hospital. Helen joined us late 2023, where she loves engaging with patients and having a good chat. Outside of her professional life, Helen enjoys the company of her beloved granddaughter, going for walks or meeting up with friends at the gym.

Mackenzie is passionate about building her skillset and has a drive to further her education. Mackenzie has previously worked in Early Childhood and completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Outside of work, Mackenzie loves spending time with her partner, family, friends and her bulldog named Frank.

In early 2022, Madi joined our team at the Canberra Heart Clinic bringing with her exceptional leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Her dedication to do what is best for both her team and our patients. Given these skills she has quickly progressed to take the role of second in charge in our fast-growing clinic. Madi's commitment to excellence and her ability to lead by example has made her a great asset to our team. She is well respected by patients and staff alike. Her calm nature even when the clinic is busy is a great asset to Canberra Heart Clinic.
Sabita is a compassionate and hardworking individual who is currently pursuing a nursing degree in ACU. She has completed a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and has a passion for working with children. Sabita is an outgoing person who loves traveling and exploring unfamiliar places, which has helped her develop cultural sensitivity and communication skills. Her kind and empathetic nature makes her a natural caregiver. This made her join Nursing home where she worked for a year. Sabita is committed to providing the highest standard of care to patients and continuously seeks to improve her knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry.

Sherry is committed to delivering accurate and precise results, working closely with medical professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
Currently Sherry is working as a Trainee Cardiac Sonographer at the Canberra Heart Clinic and is undertaking a Diploma in Cardiac Ultrasound at the Queensland University of Technology. Sherry has a strong desire to learn, constantly expanding her knowledge and honing her expertise in the field. She enjoys the challenges that come with this role and find great satisfaction in being able to make a positive impact on people's lives.
When she is not working, you can find her enjoying a game of badminton or exploring the wonders of different cultures through travel. These hobbies allow her to maintain a balanced lifestyle and nurture her personal growth.
Taylor joined the team in 2023, after graduating from a Bachelor in Biomedical Science with a major in Human Anatomy. Taylor has extensive experience in Personal Care and Disability Support Work, working with clients when she's able. She aspires to be a Sonographer, and Author one day. When not working, she can be found stuck in a book or baking.
