Cecil Engineering was established in January 1981 to provide services in land boundary and design surveying, mineral land management, and civil engineering. Cecil Engineering has developed a specialty in surveying for all land development disciplines such as sewer and waterlines, storm drainage lines, roads and streets, control surveys for aerial mapping, dams, landfills, hospitals, schools, industrial parks, grading, erosion & sediment controls, and numerous other municipal projects.
