Circle of CALM are groups for moms held in Baltimore County, Maryland that provide education and support on how to hold on to YOU through this journey we call motherhood... Before I became pregnant with my first child, I thought I was totally prepared for motherhood. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I spent years studying family systems and child development. I saw numerous families in various stages of life and helped them through their problems. I had all of the tools at my disposal for keeping my own marriage thriving... No one can tell you ahead of time what it is truly like to become a mother. "Your life will never be the same."
