For the past decade, she has built and maintained long-standing relationships with our clients overseeing operations as the lead point of contact for all Sectional Title and Rental division accounts.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends, being outdoors and harnessing new skills.

Ashleigh joined CiTi Homes bringing her expertise from 15 years in the Property Industry, and more recently specialising in Sectional Title. She has a ACG (SA) qualification specialising in financial management, business analysis and HR.
Her goal-orientated personality and innate leadership ability means she is exceptionally placed to direct the smooth running of CiTi Homes as it takes on ambitious growth targets.
She has a love for the great outdoors and most mornings, can be found swimming in the gloriously cold ocean.

Having come from a customer service background and now working as the rental administrator for CiTi Homes over 6 years, Candice is well-versed in dealing with different challenges.
Her ability to communicate effectively eliminating distraction while balancing the needs of tenants and landlord means she has delivered excellent service for CiTi Homes. She heads rental administration overseeing the renewal of leases, maintenance of properties and insurance claims, as well as, assisting with these for sectional title.
In her spare time, Candice enjoys a good book and soaking up the scenic spots of Cape Town.
Having founded CiTi Homes in 1987 and selling property since before then, Gillian is a true expert in the Cape Town property scene.
She focuses on the development of the company across rentals, sales and sectional title leading the strategic direction for each division. With a keen interest in property contracts and law, Gillian navigates complicated issues for our clients.
In her spare time, Gillian can be found teeing off at the Metropolitan or introducing friends and family to the best events and wine Cape Town has to offer.
With a Bachelor's Degree focused in Marketing Communication, Kim has forged a career in advertising holding roles in PR, media planning and social media working for luxury food brands, airlines and London's biggest developers. She has a robust understanding of the communication industry and a keen passion for all things digital.
In her spare time, she manages a portfolio of holiday rental properties and can be found browsing interior design stores.
Leon started his career in property and brings a wealth of experience in the residential market from new development sales to lettings.
His passion and unique ability to understand client needs makes him an invaluable member of the CiTi Homes team.
