Yvette is a diversely qualified and experienced Clinical Counsellor, Psychotherapist and a Credentialed Mental Health Practitioner, who works with individuals, couples and families holistically, utilising a client centred biopsychosocial approach. Yvette is supportive of and an advocate for the importance and significance of mind, body and soul in her work with clients. This means Yvette also works with clients utilising expressive therapies which include; sandtray, art therapy and psychodrama.
