DANIEL VIEIRA

Daniel Vieira is a Portuguese industrial designer inspired by the beauty of everyday objects, industrial standards, and daily interactions among people and the surrounding objects. He combines identity and functionality in a pragmatic design. Over the years, he has developed products for some of the leading companies in the design field and he has been invited to talk about design at different Portuguese universities and polytechnics. Now, he works as a professor, teaching Product Design. In 2009, he was awarded the ‘Daciano da Costa' which is the most prestigious Portuguese design award given to young product designers.
