Aleks Garibay

She has specialized in working with Bonterra (formerly Social Solutions) software for the past 10 years, managing implementations and ongoing refinements of customized database systems in ETO and Apricot. Ms. Garibay is highly skilled in the Results report building tool, providing clients with dynamic custom reports designed to guide internal case and program management practices as well as ensure the timely and accurate submission of local, state, and federal funding requirements. Additional expertise includes guiding personnel from interns to executive decision makers through organization-specific training sessions and creating solution-specific user documentation for each system build. Ms. Garibay holds a bachelor's degree in Individualized Studies with minors in Public Law and Spanish from New Mexico State University.

Ashley Holm

She holds Certified Administrator status in ETO, Apricot and Salesforce. She believes nonprofits are the most effective at changing and improving lives. She has been a Professional Implementation Partner for CaseWorthy since 2016. She has 15 years of experience with Social Solutions in a variety of customer services and senior management roles, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement for a team of 50 employees. Qualifications Ms. Megnin is an expert in data analysis and reporting, qualitative and quantitative research, public speaking, and crisis management. She is driven to help organizations achieve the goals they set forth and measure their true impact through a performance management infrastructure. Ms. Megnin holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Women's Studies from Goucher College.

Grace Ahmed

Ms. Ahmed received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Computer Science from the University of Vermont and received a Master of Science in Complex Systems & Data Science from the University of Vermont.

She has been a Professional Implementation Partner for CaseWorthy since 2016. She has held positions as diverse as High School teacher, Charter School CEO/Founder, IT Administrator, and Database Analyst. She knows from experience that outcomes planning, data collection and reporting can be powerful tools for programs and organizations. As a charter school leader, Ms. Smith was instrumental in strategic planning, development of alternative measures of performance and fiscal accountability. Ms. Smith was both a customer of Social Solutions while employed with the Sonoma County YWCA and an employee as Manager of the ETO Results™ Reporting Team for three years. In that role, she worked with other customers to help them showcase their outcomes in a sound design reflecting qualitative analysis. She is an expert at software acquisition and data analysis - and intuitive at knowing what people want, need, and envision. Education Ms. Smith holds a liberal arts degree from the University of Washington, a teaching credential from California Lutheran University, and a school administration credential from Sonoma State University.

Meghan Cain-Davis

She has helped organizations identify performance goals and build systems that ensure the quality and fidelity of their data as well as measure, analyze, and report on organizational and program effectiveness. With her years of journalism and training experience, Ms. Cain-Davis is a skilled communicator who is able to translate complex ideas for diverse stakeholders and share her passion for the power of data. She has experience in the ETO™ and Apricot systems and has been a Professional Implementation Partner for the CaseWorthy system since 2016. Education Ms. Cain-Davis holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky and a master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on community development from Eastern Kentucky University. While in graduate school, Ms. Cain-Davis authored and co-authored several research projects with focuses on nonprofit education in rural communities, the effectiveness of employment assistance programs in Kentucky, and community needs assessments that leverage community action councils. She has presented her research at the Southeastern Conference for Public Administration.

Ms. Nilson works

Ms. Nilson works with a variety of organizations and programming types, such as DV, multi-service non-profits, wraparound approaches, community collaboratives, educational systems, youth justice programs, and specialized mental health services. She has expertise directing database support teams, leading efforts of organization-wide database content design, overseeing ongoing maintenance, and collecting and analyzing organizational data. She has worked closely with all levels of staff to define and standardize content, outputs and outcomes, as well as to create and test data collection instruments for a variety of internal and external audiences. Ms. Nilson provides technical assistance and develops content to match funding and contract requirements, including producing and maintaining customized reporting to create opportunities for all levels of staff to view necessary outcome data in real-time in an accessible and user-friendly manner. You are here: Home / Biographies / Nilopher Sahney Qualifications and Experience Nilopher Sahney has over ten years of experience as a Salesforce consultant in the nonprofit sector, including the Exponent Case Management app, covering a variety of industries including but not limited to crisis response, supportive housing, homelessness, education, and insurance programs. She has leveraged her diverse project experience and skill set in an effort to understand customer requirements and develop an optimized process flow for a unique database, document detailed requirements and database design to build a new Salesforce database, and develop scalable custom solutions on Salesforce. She excels in helping clients identify their needs and priorities and, subsequently, devising creative options to fulfill their requirements. She has been instrumental in working with the over 50 non profit organizations in her portfolio and assisting them go live with their Salesforce implementation. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York and the Museum of Natural History, New York, using her skills to develop and maintain a database for the Scientific Research department and helping go live with the research material at the Paleontology Department's Oddy Library, respectively. She also enjoys giving tours as a docent at the Folk Art Museum of New York. Education Ms. Sahney holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an international diploma in Computer Studies from Aptech Computer (India).

Rachel Crist-Harif

You are here: Home / Biographies / Rachel Crist-Harif Experience Rachel Crist-Harif, LGSW, Certified Apricot Administrator, is equipped with a broad understanding of the roles and services in nonprofit and government sectors. She began her career providing direct services to older adults and adults with disabilities as a social worker in nonprofits and local government. This experience inspired her to move into state government where she oversaw audits of organizational policies and procedures, sampled and reviewed case notes for quality improvement, and created a quality management program to improve outcomes and ensure quality services for people with psychiatric needs living in nursing facilities. After building a career with the State of Texas, she worked for Bonterra as a customer success manager, helping nonprofits narrow their requirements and accomplish their goals using Bonterra software. In addition to helping nonprofits identify and implement their organizational and reporting requirements, she developed and audited organizational processes and reports to ensure our work was measurable and accurate.

Shakira Williams
