Ana M. Ramos Machuca

Ana has been with our firm since 2019. Among numerous other roles, Ana acts as our receptionist and will be the first friendly voice you hear on the phone when you make your first call to Plumides Romano & Johnson. She was born and raised in Charlotte and graduated from Harding University High School. Ana's first language is Spanish, and she is always ready to translate for any Spanish-speaking clients. Ana supports our attorneys and paralegals in the Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation areas of our practice. Her support includes scheduling appointments, filing, and assisting in drafting court documents and correspondence. Clint Davis

Clint Davis was born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and moved North Carolina nearly 20 years ago. He attended the University of Mount Olive, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he made Dean's List and served as Editor-in-Chief for the Campbell Law Observer. Clint Davis is an experienced litigator who is no stranger to helping those in need. Prior to joining PRJ Law, he worked in the criminal justice system for nearly 15 years. Beginning as a police officer, he later worked in the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and afterward as a prosecutor in the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office. While serving in these capacities, Clint handled criminal and civil cases of all levels of complexity and seriousness. Clint understands that the key to success in any case lies in both taking time with a client to gain a thorough understanding of their situation and desired outcome, as well as meticulous planning and preparation. Gregory Plumides - CEO

Gregory John Plumides was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Charlotte Country Day School and attended the University of Georgia. At the University of Georgia, he was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He received his Juris Doctorate Law Degree from The Cumberland School of Law at Sanford University in 1996 (making the Dean's List that year). The Plumides Law Office, which is now PRJ Law, was originally founded by Gregory's father, John G. Plumides, over 50 years ago. Gregory first began working for the firm at the age of 16 and is now a Partner in the law practice. Gregory's true passion is trying cases, so he has chosen to practice primarily in litigation which includes Criminal, Family, and Personal Injury Law. These areas of practice keep him in the courtroom, where he can fight for his clients. Greg has received numerous awards for his work in the practice of law, including being named as a "Top 100 Lawyer" by the National Advocates, a "Legal Elite" by the Business North Carolina Magazine and an AVVO 10.0 Superb rated Attorney. Gregory is a very active and respected member of the local Bar. He served as Co-Chairman of the Mecklenburg County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association Six years (2010 - 2016). He has served on the Mecklenburg County Criminal Courts Rules Committee and is currently serving on the Mecklenburg County Criminal Courts Committee. In all of these capacities he meets with judges and various court house officials, as a private Bar representative. Gregory has also served on the Mecklenburg County Bar Fee Dispute Committee, Mecklenburg County Bar Candidate Interview Committee and has taught DWI law to local attorneys under a Continuing Legal Education program.

Richard B. Johnson was born in Bristol, PA and raised in Levittown, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. He earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and practiced as a mental health therapist for 13 years prior to attending law school. He attended Rutgers University Law School and graduated in 2000. Richard clerked for the Honorable Raymond T. Hayser of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Court Division from 2000 to 2001. He then moved to Charlotte, NC in 2001 and practiced as an associate with Shapack & Shapack, PA from 2002 to 2008, primarily in domestic and criminal matters. In April 2008 he opened his own law firm, The Law Office of Richard B. Johnson, PA and practiced as a solo practitioner until July 2015 when he joined Plumides, Romano & Johnson. Toni Primiano was born in Staten Island, New York. She attended Regis University, in Denver, Colorado, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications.
