Designed by Larry Oltmanns, Hyclyff forms to the surrounding cliffs and natural landscape. Sustainable construction methods were used for this signature LEED® and Platinum GREEN BUILT® project. Local building products, a "Buy Canadian and American" directive, native landscaping and the latest sustainable innovations integrated fully with the design vision.
