Bente Rosenmejer has been managing director of Lexit Group Denmark since 2009 when she established the company. Throughout her career, she has worked within AutoID and data capture with sales, marketing and management. Prior to Lexit, Rosenmejer was Nordic Partner Manager for the manufacturer Psion (since acquired by Zebra Technologies), before Psion director of Mobi Data A/S and owner, sold the company to Psion in 2002. Master of Science in marketing and strategic management from Copenhagen Business School.

Herseth is the Founder of Lexit Group, establishing the Company in 1993 under the name Strekkodesystemer AS ("Barcodesystems Inc."). He remained the largest owner and head of the company until 2019. He is still active in the Company, directing his time and attention to customer-focused product development and sales. Herseth has a technical education and has built deep know-how in all of Lexit's competency areas through hands-on leadership over many years. He was instrumental in driving Lexit's entry into the neighboring Swedish and Danish markets and establishing Lexit's label production facility in Sweden.
Jørgen Waaler has dedicated his entire carrier within information technology & internationalisation; including holding a Management Director position for Norsk Computer Industri AS and working as Key Account Manager for Norsk Data AS. Finally, he served as the CEO of the public company StrongPoint ASA for 16 years until 2018. Today, Waaler holds several positions as a board member and/or chairman in companies within technology, value added distributors, pharmaceutical industry and start-ups. Jørgen Waaler graduated from University of Wyoming with a MBA in 1983.
Eriksen has been Managing Director (MD) in Lexit Group Norway since August 2013. Before taking over as MD, Eriksen was Head of the Technical and Service Department at Lexit Group, a position he held from 2006. He started at Lexit in 2000. Prior to this, he worked for several years as an Officer in the Norwegian Army. Eriksen has education from the Military as well as education as a Commercial Pilot.

Siw Ødegaard was elected to the board of Lexit Group in June 2020. Ødegaard is CFO at EcoOnline Global, and was previously CFO of the tech company Ayfie Group, and before that CFO and EVP IR and M&A of Link Mobility Group. Ødegaard has broad management as well as board experience from the tech sector, included from international operations and of listed companies. She holds an International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Adriatic in Italy, a Bachelor of Arts from University of London and a Master of Managements from BI Norwegian Business School.
Mr. Skjæveland has been CEO of Lexit Group since august 2019. Before Lexit, he was Head of Strategy and Business Development at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks, a division of the Orkla Group, the leading FMCG-company in the Nordics. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Schibsted and Bain & Co. He has extensive international experience from different leadership, advisory and board positions in FMCG, media, technology and management consulting. He holds a Master Degree in International Finance and Business from Columbia University in NYC and a Bachelor Degree from the University of Oslo.
