Launched MOJO in 2012 as a boutique hiring event specific to degreed military (all ranks), military spouses and veterans already out. Our model is high touch, white glove customer service for all attendees. Prior to MOJO developed and managed the SACC program at USNA for 15 years. Graduate of the awesome University of Maryland with MBA from the Robert Smith School of Business.
Individual support behind the high touch we offer veterans. Before retiring, Tom spent 22 years at Texas Instruments as a manufacturing engineer and military consultant. Was then retained by Raytheon to lead veteran recruiting. Graduated ROTC from Norwich University and served in U.S. Army command positions across Europe, Asia, Africa.
