The "Research and Analysis Centre for Integrated Transport Solutions" (RACITS) is the state-owned and state-financed institution within the system of the Ministry of Transport (Mintrans) of the Russian Federation. The RACITS is the exclusive authorized consultant with the affirmed methodology to analyze issues of comprehensive development of all modes of transport and to work out solutions based on multimodal principles. The Center provides applied studies, data analyses and projects' support and control for the Mintrans, other federal ministries and entities, as well as for administrations of different regions of the Russian Federation (e.g., Republic of Tatarstan, Volgograd, Kaluga, Samara and other oblasts), for major transport and industrial companies (e.g., Russian Railways, Rosmorport, Nornickel, RUSAL, etc.), for different associations of forwarders, carriers, logistic providers, and so on.
