Devin Narsai

Devin Narsai, B.Sc., M.OMSc is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and is a member of the OSTCAN Alberta. He completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto (Psychology and Neuroscience) and the Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He works with the body's structure (anatomy) to affect its function (physiology) by addressing all tissues of the body (muscles, fascia, ligaments, etc). This allows the body to function optimally and better create a health to self-heal and regulate, alleviating pain and symptoms. Outside optimal range (too much or too little) is where the disease occurs. Outside the clinic, Devin loves cooking, walks, exercise and having lazy days.

Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau

Dr. Alexa Birdgeneau, BMSc., ND, is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools to improve their wellbeing, and educating other about health. Dr. Alexa enjoys working with a variety of patients, and has particular interests in working with digestive health, mental wellness, skin conditions, and hormonal health. She loves spending time in the mountains and you will often find her out on the mountain biking trails in the summer and ski trails in the winter. Dr. Alexa hearned her Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University and then completed her naturopathic training at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminister, BC. She is a member of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Dr. Michela S. Nelson

Dr. Michela S. Nelson, BSc., ND, brings a warm and welcoming demeanor, as well as her goofy personality to the office. She is a born and raised Calgarian who completed her medical training in Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Phoenix, Arizona after finishing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo, Ontario. She brings an evidence based approach to naturopathic family medicine and focuses mainly on women's health including PMS, periods, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, as well as digestive concerns and emotional health. Dr. Nelson's treatments are naturally focused and highly individualized. She is committed to offering timely access to quality medical care and routinely collaborates with other health care providers, seeking to improve the quality of healthcare available to Albertans. Dr. Nelson is a member of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. When Dr. Nelson is not in the office, she enjoys traveling (collecting Starbucks mugs along the way), cooking delicious healthy meals with her husband, exploring the outdoors, spending time with her son, friends and family and cuddling her very cute Pitbull, Rhocco.

Dr. Richard Mountain

Dr. Richard Mountain, B.Sc., CSEP-CEP, ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Clinical Exercise Physiologist®. He enjoys practicing natural-focused family health care as a primary health care provider. He also works extensively with sports medicine issues, healthy weight loss, gastrointestinal health, women's and men's hormone health issues, pediatrics and peri-natal care. As a father of two, he is a passionate health educator as well as an advocate for environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture. Dr. Mountain is a member of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Janice Mountain

Janice Mountain, BKin, CCCE, CLE, is a Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Lactation Educator who is passionate about teaching people how to have the most pleasant childbirth experience possible. Her goal is to provide fun and exciting information to inspire couples and empower them to make informed decisions throughout their pregnancy journey. Janice obtained her Kinesiology degree in 2006 from the Unviersity of Calgary and then furthered her education to become a Certified Childbirth Educator through CAPPA Canada. She is an active mother of two boys who cherishes her time with them.

Sarah Senopati

Sarah Senopati, M.OMSc, has always had a natural curiosity for the human body. At her first yoga training, she first discovered Osteopathy and knew that was going to be her path. Throughout her education, she continued to learn about the body not only through her studies, but first hand through teaching a variety of yoga and rehabilitative functional movements (large and small group classes, as well as individual sessions). Sarah believes that the human body is full of health and power, and aims to share this through her craft of Osteopathy. Outside of her clinical practice, Sarah loves nature walks, dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, lounging around at home and cleaning.

Tammy Tkachuk

Tammy Tkachuk, is a certified psychotherapist, counsellor and life coach. As a newer mom, she has seen first-hand the struggle of trying to balance work, family and friendship. Throughout her life experiences, she has been inspired to refocus her business towards helping mothers and young families reach personal goals, achieve a balance and reduce stress. Her passion is to help women to get back to themselves again, or find a new normal. Tammy believes that with a little work, challenge and accountability, that we can all achieve what we are looking for in life.
