April Anderson serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Northpoint. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services and public accounting and has a passion for employee development and team building. April began her career in public accounting at PwC before moving to Textron Financial Corporation where she held various roles in financial reporting and controllership. April joined Northpoint in 2012 as a Controller and held the position of SVP Finance prior to taking the CFO role. Her extensive knowledge has proved valuable in managing multiple commercial functions in the firm as Northpoint continues to grow and evolve as an organization.

As Vice President of Business Development, Chantal Robin is responsible for leading the Canadian sales team and fostering manufacturer relationships in that market. With over 30 years of sales and operational leadership experience, Chantal has a track record of building and guiding successful teams in the finance industry. Before joining Northpoint, she held high-level positions at TCF Inventory Finance.

As Executive Vice President and General Manager, Chris Cook brings over 30 years of international experience to the commercial finance industry. Throughout his career, he's worked with ITT Commercial Finance, Deutsche Financial Services, General Electric, Textron Financial and DLL, and has led teams in sales and operations. Chris managed the $700 million Canadian portfolio for Textron Financial Corporation, and played a key role in the company's expansion into Europe.
Chris took Commerce and majored in Marketing at Saint Mary's University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Dan Radley brings over 25 years of experience to the financial services industry. With a broad background in business development, client relations, business start-ups, strategic planning, and risk management, Dan began his career with ITT Commercial Finance, and later went on to work with Deutsche Bank and Green Tree. There, he held management positions in Credit, Operations, and Sales.
Before becoming CEO of Northpoint Dan served as EVP of Distribution Finance at Textron Financial Corp where he was responsible for more than $2.4 Billion in managed assets- encompassing the Housing, Private Brands, Canada, and the United Kingdom Divisions. In addition to his achievements as EVP of Distribution Finance, Dan served as the president of the company's EU operation.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Buffalo, and later earned his MBA from Providence College. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion trained. Dan also attended executive-related courses at Wharton's Executive School of Business and Thunderbird University.

As General Counsel and Senior Vice President, David McMichael oversees all legal functions of Northpoint Commercial Finance. David has served as Northpoint's General Counsel since its inception - first as external counsel and then moving in-house in 2014. David brings over 21 years of experience in distribution finance, asset based lending, and equipment finance.
Before Northpoint, David served as Division Attorney for Textron Financial Corporation overseeing a $1 billion distribution finance portfolio and a $1 billion asset based lending portfolio. Prior to that, David worked for CIT Equipment Finance.
David holds a B.A. with honors and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Texas.
Evan Jones - Chief Risk Officer
Evan Jones serves as Chief Risk Officer for Northpoint Commercial Finance. He brings over 30 years' experience in commercial lending to the Northpoint Team. Evan previously served as Credit Underwriting Manager at Northpoint before being promoted to Chief Risk Officer in March of 2019. Evan has served in roles such as Director of Credit Risk for AGCO Finance as well as various management and underwriting roles for other capital and lending organizations prior to joining the Northpoint team. Evan received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
Gary joined Northpoint in April of 2016, taking on the role of Treasurer. His long and successful career spans four decades with an emphasis in accounting, treasury, banking and capital markets. Most recently Gary was the Chief Financial Officer for a start-up in the consumer lease purchase market. Finally, he possesses a strong background in process improvement and a passion for utilizing enhanced business intelligence to drive growth.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Jeff Johnson brings a wealth of experience to his position of Senior Vice President of Sales. His 30 years of progressive industry experience allow him to deliver exceptional results through a focus on continuous improvement, strategic planning, marketing, sales channel development, and operational management. With Northpoint, Jeff oversees the U.S. Field Sales Team and U.S. Inside Sales Team, and also oversees the US underwriting team which is a critical piece to the business development process.
Jeff is a graduate of the University California at Riverside, California, with a Bachelor of Science, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Before joining the Northpoint team, he held key positions at Textron Financial Corporation where he earned Six Sigma's Certified Master Black Belt, mentoring and training others in continuous improvement strategies.

Northpoint representatives Russell Baqir and John Durnien joined the more than 250 recreational boating and fishing stakeholders from around the nation who participated in this year's ABC which featured presentations by several members of Congress including members of the bipartisan Congressional Boating Caucus.
Scott Raymond joined Northpoint Commercial Finance in 2015 bringing over 25 years of experience in distribution finance, developing and managing floorplan lending programs in a variety of industries. Scott is the Chief Operating Officer and leads account management, customer service, and systems management.
Prior to joining Northpoint, Scott held senior leadership positions at TCF Inventory Finance, Inc., Textron Financial Corporation, and Bank of America Specialty Group.
Scott is a graduate of the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration. He is Six Sigma certified and a Silver and Bronze Shingo Award Recipient.
