Moses Teh, is the Managing Director of Potential Plus Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a Management and Human Resource Consultancy that is affiliated to Research Communication International (RCI), Singapore. A Certified Master Class Trainer and PSMB (HRDF) Approved Training Provider, Moses' expertise in Leadership and Human Capital Management reflects his more than 30 years of experience with both private and public sector organizations. Moses is an Economics Graduate from University Malaya (UM). He started his career with the Ministry of Education, and the served an international foreign bank (Citibank) and a large international manufacturing company (British American Tobacco/MTC). Moses then joined Hay Management Consultants (an international Human Resource Consultancy) and was the Senior Principal Consultant in Hay for 8 years. Subsequently, he was the Executive Director and founder of International Consortium of Consultants (ICC) before setting up Potential Plus Consultancy Sdn Bhd. As a Process Consultant and certified professional trainer, Moses has conducted and implemented numerous programs and systems in organizations, in areas such as Leadership and Managerial Development, Talent Management, Business Plan Implementation/Performance Management Systems (focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and effective application of Balanced Scorecard), Recruitment & Selection, Succession Planning, Change Management and Remuneration Studies. Moses also consults and trains using a Competency-based approach and has worked extensively with the design and application of competencies and competency models to improve managerial capability and support organizational and culture change and transformation. Moses is also a Certified PEAKS Consultant and Trainer, utilizing the PEAKS Psychometric Personality Profiling tool - the cutting-edge tool of the new millennium, for Leadership Development, Talent Management and Personal Development, among other uses. Moses is currently a Vistage Chair and HR Resource Speaker at Vistage (Formerly known as TEC Asia), licensed partner of the world's largest CEO membership organization in the world. He speaks and provides Executive Coaching to Directors and CEOs on Human Resource and Management issues regularly.
