PRIYA PILATES

We are a full-service Pilates studio offering classes and private instruction on the Reformer, Tower, Exo-chair and CoreAlign. Whether you are an athlete trying to improve your game, recovering from an injury, or just want to get in shape, our studio has the answer... Our Pilates program is based on the teachings of Joe Pilates with a contemporary interpretation. Classes on the Reformer are either 201 (Intermediate) or 301 (Intermediate to Advanced) and require that students have a solid base of knowledge from another studio or have taken private pilates classes with one of our instructors.
