Henry is a retiree from Pacific Bell/SBC/AT&T after 35 years. He held several positions in the course of his career but retired as a Senior Product/Marketing Manager. His responsibility included managing the messaging portfolio which generated over 110 million in revenue. His duties included managing the marketing/advertising budgets, creating sales forecasts and working with sales teams/customers to help identify messaging solutions.
Henry joined PSBS in January 2018. He received his Tax Preparer's license and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service. He also holds an associate's degree in Accounting/Finance

Susan has been in the payroll profession since 2001 as a CPA's payroll specialist. She has extensive background in payroll including worker's compensation reports, union reports, prevailing wage reports and the standard federal and state quarterly and annual payroll reports.
Susan joined PSBS in July 2013 as the firm's payroll specialist. In 2017, she received her Tax Preparer's license and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service. She is also currently studying to become a Certified Payroll Processor.
