Pura Vida Properties, LLC ("Pura Vida") was established in 2009 to acquire, renovate, and sell entry level and first time move-up housing in the San Diego area. Since its inception, the company has successfully renovated and sold about 20 properties. To date, the company has done all of its transactions using partner's capital. Pura Vida is now seeking a source of outside funding to leverage its partner capital and diversify into a mix of the existing Renovation Program and a new Rent and Hold strategy
