Bio
Jack Lee, Director of Property Max, has a bachelors degree in marketing and a Masters in Business. He has spent over 40 years in the real estate investment business. Since 2002, Jack has purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 1,000 homes in Florida and has established invaluable relationships with asset managers and bankers that provide bulk packages of assets at distressed prices. He is a sought after speaker at real estate education seminars, and author of a book on buying real estate. During his career Jack has also created a number of property management companies. Laurie Bartlett began as the Rehab. Manager at Property Max and currently is still working closely with Property Max on buying and selling property as a licensed Realtor. When selling homes for Property Max, Laurie "finalizes" the home with her own punch out list keeping in mind all aspects of a home inspection. In addition, she offers advise to the team on what will affect the appraisal value, aesthetic value as well as monetary value of the property. It is Property Max's goal that when you buy one of their homes, it is with a quality rehab. with longstanding value.
Spending as much time as she did with Jack; she has an eye for investor properties, including rehab. budgets and timelines. Laurie currently buys and sells homes through Home Team Advantage in Cape Coral, FL. Selling properties, negotiating contracts, and working with lenders and title companies to keep the closings on tract are some of her strong attributes.
