As a healing art, qigong provides alternative options for health-defense through holistic health care practices. There are many types of qigong: martial, medical, and spiritual are just a few examples. We conduct workshops and teach several specific types of qigong one of which is "Ching Loong San Dian Xue Mi Gong Fa".
