Andrew Campbell

He has extensive experience in business process analysis and management systems implementation with the last 10 years working in mining and civil construction. Andrew Dymock

Job Titles:
  • Operations Superintendent
Andrew spent seven years in the New Zealand Military, leaving in 2006 to commence his career in the West Australian Drilling Industry. Working for a number of established drilling contractors, Andrew worked his way up from Offsider through to Supervisor predominantly based in the Pilbara. Andrew joined Ranger Drilling as a Driller in 2015 before moving to the Supervisor role in April 2017, and then joining the operations team in 2021. Andrew now boasts over 10 years' experience working throughout the Pilbara Region and is highly experienced in managing Drilling Operations.

Andy Watts

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Supervisor
Andy is a qualified Mechanical Fitter/Machinist by trade commencing his drilling industry experience in 1995. Andy spent around eight years as a field mechanic before taking up Maintenance Supervising and Managing roles with various drilling companies including Drill Corp, Boart Longyear and Airdrill before joining the Ranger team in 2012. Andy has attained the following qualifications: Diploma in Business Management Trade Cert Engine Fitter

Brett Stamp

Job Titles:
  • Operations Superintendent
Brett joined Ranger Drilling in 2008 as a Utility, before working his way up through the company as Offsider, Senior Offsider, Relief Driller, Driller, Field Supervisor and now Operations Superintendent. He has spent the last 10 years operating as a driller and supervisor on major drilling projects, bringing energy, reliability, and dependability to the team. Brett believes in setting the right example and standard whilst adjusting to changing environments and is proud to have played a part in Ranger's growth and success. Colin Purves

Job Titles:

Colin joins us as our HR Manager and brings a depth of experience across people & culture, industrial relations, and leadership development. Colin has 13+years' experience working in Australia providing HR and recruitment support, with direct experience working in the Pilbara.

Jason Howey

Jason commenced as apprentice with a company specializing in Drill Maintenance in 1988. He then contracted across various drilling companies and mine sites throughout WA working on the tools and as a supervisor. Jason commenced at Ranger Drilling in a Operations Management position in 2008 and has since moved into Maintenance Supervision, looking after workshop, yard and field equipment and personnel. Joe Mesiti

Job Titles:
  • HSE Supervisor
Joe Mesiti joins the HSE team, from Ranger's field supervision team. Joe brings 16 years of experience drilling across a range of rig types and drilling programs, starting as a green utility and working his way up to a Driller, then Operations Supervisor at a majority of Rangers clients and sites. Joe now extends his field safety knowledge into the corporate and strategic environment. Leanne Codognotto

Job Titles:
  • Finance Supervisor
Leanne commenced in 2015 with Ranger Drilling, in the capacity of Finance Supervisor, bringing with her extensive experience in all aspects of financial processes, management accounting, project cost control and payroll. Leanne is responsible for the day to day finance functions, monthly reporting, budgeting and payroll, along with assisting the CFO and Accounts Payable. Michael Walker

Stuart Baird

Stuart has 25 years' experience in the industry. He commenced as an Offsider and has worked in many capacities within the industry, initially field operational roles drilling and supervising. More recently Stuart has built extensive management experience in operational, contract and HR/HSE management.
