In the past 5 years, Rachael envisioned and realized the experiential design of 10 multimillion-dollar climbing facilities. She led her creative team through a 3 brand merger, while developing and mentoring a national network of 200 creative collaborators. For each expansion facility, she harnessed that network to craft authentic local aesthetic while retaining national brand.
