Amber Anderson Holscher joined Commercial Retail Associates in 2018 and is active in tenant representation and shopping Center leasing.
Amber graduated from the University of San Diego in Business Administration, following three years at Oregon State University while playing for its Division I softball team. She began her professional career as the Vice President of Marketing for the United Way of Fresno County. Following her time in the nonprofit sector, she spent 13 years in health and benefit insurance services. She led her sales team as its, First Vice President of Sales, for both Aon and Alliant Insurances, specializing creating solutions for self-insured medical clients across the county.
Amber is excited to join the family's business, working alongside her father and brother, Tom and Shane Anderson. In her free time, she loves to watch her two boys play travel baseball, club swim and basketball, workout with her husband, and catch some rays at the coast. Amber is married to husband Ben and has two children, Luke and Titus.
Bryan Cifranic joined Commercial Retail Associates (CRA) in 2007 specializing in the sale of net-leased retail investment properties located throughout California. Since joining CRA, Bryan has been involved in the successful sale of more than $500 million dollars in commercial and investment properties. Bryan has been recognized as a Top Producer at CRA since 2011 and has repeatedly been a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Sales Broker in the Fresno region. Bryan is also part of the CRA leasing team and plays a primary role in the marketing of several regional, community, and neighborhood shopping centers located throughout Central California.
Cary Marsella joined the Commercial Retail Associates team in 2011 specializing in tenant representation and investment sales. Over his 34 years' experience in the real estate industry Cary has been involved in over 900 transactions as a broker and instrumental in the development of over 20 retail and office projects throughout Central California. Cary has been intimately involved in shopping center leasing, sales, tenant representation, and development including but not limited to land acquisition, annexation, obtaining entitlements, rezoning, engineering, architectural reviews, city site plan reviews, city council meetings, planning commission meetings, Cal Trans approvals, traffic studies, environmental studies, endangered species mitigation, creating new parcel maps, broker opinion of values, bank disposition sales, and statewide tenant expansion programs.
Cary took a hiatus from CRA in 2016 to pursue opportunities working as Director of Land Acquisition for KB Home and Century Communities before returning in 2019. Cary has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, and a Top Producer throughout his career including multiple years at Commercial Retail Associates. While at CRA Cary has represented Golden 1 Credit Union, Office Max, and completed 10 Les Schwab Tire transactions. Cary currently resides in Santa Cruz and is actively seeking new tenant representation assignments in the Central Coast area.
After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at California State University, Fresno, Cary began his commercial real estate career in 1989 with CBRE, (formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial). Cary specialized in retail shopping center leasing and tenant representation. Cary earned Rookie of the Year and was recognized as a Top Producer every year. Cary was the exclusive broker for Blockbuster Video, Old Navy, Supercuts, RTO, Crown Books, Chubby's Diner, Frame-n-Lens, AT&T, and PacBell PCS throughout central California. Cary also procured the exclusive to represent Ultramar/Beacon in California and selected/managed a team of 17 CBRE brokers to develop their expansion program.
In 1996 Cary joined Thomason Development Company as Director of Leasing and Acquisition. Cary worked in multiple capacities including but not limited to construction management, property management, development, sales, and leasing for over 750,000 SF of retail, office, and industrial space from Hanford to Redding. Cary secured a preferred developer relationship with Blockbuster Video developing multiple stores in Fresno. Cary was also involved in developing a Vons anchored center in Clovis and a Walgreens in Redding.
In 2000 Cary was recruited as Leasing Manager by Western Properties Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owned and operated 65 neighborhood and community shopping centers in the western United States. Cary managed the Fresno office in multiple capacities including but not limited to construction management, development, sales, and leasing for over 1,200,000 SF of retail shopping centers in the following 10 cities: Porterville, Tulare, Dinuba, Hanford, Coalinga, Fresno, Los Banos, Turlock, Modesto, and Angels Camp. Pan Pacific Properties acquired Western Properties Trust in late 2000 for $440 million.
Cary joined Colliers Tingey International in 2001 where he was a consistent Top Producer. Cary specialized in tenant representation and land/investment sales for 11 years becoming Senior Vice President and Partner in the firm. Cary was a Committee Member of California Retail Tenant Services for Colliers International (CRTS). While at Colliers, Cary exclusively represented Les Schwab Tires, Golden 1 Credit Union, and Office Max.

Doug Cords joined Commercial Retail Associates in 1999 and became active in tenant representation, shopping center leasing and investment sales. Doug has been recognized as a Top Producer at Commercial Retail Associates every year since 2003. Doug became a partner in Commercial Retail Associates in 2011 and is licensed in the State of California as a Real Estate Broker.
Doug graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University in June of 1995 and was a four-year letterman on the University's Division I golf team. He earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from California State University, Fresno, graduating summa cum laude in December 1998. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP and is licensed in the State of California as a CPA (Retired Status).
Doug is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has spent many years coaching youth athletics and volunteering with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Doug is marred to wife Tarah and has three children, Lili, Lucas and Bennett.

Dylan Bourque is a native of Hanford, California upon graduating from Hanford High School he attended West Hills College Lemoore where he was a member of their soccer team. He transferred to Fresno State where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing.
Dylan started his commercial real estate career at Commercial Retail Associates in 2023. Prior to that, he worked at Enterprise Holdings where he further developed his customer service skills, sales skills, and marketing skills. His primary expertise is the exclusive representation of retailers in the Central Valley and the Central Coast. In addition to tenant representation, he is active in shopping center leasing.

Janeen Stewart is a dedicated and experienced administrative professional with over 30 years of service with Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. She is skilled at managing all office services, including administrative support, bookkeeping, facility management, and customer service. With an attention to detail Janeen handles a wide range of administrative tasks. She is a reliable and trusted team member who consistently contributes to the daily operation of CRA.
Jon Cox is a native of Reedley, CA. Upon graduating high school, Jon received an athletic scholarship for swimming at CSU Fresno where he would eventually graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management.
Jon began his commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office in 1997. While at CBRE, Jon specialized in the sales and leasing of office properties. After seven years as an office specialist, Jon made a move to retail and joined Commercial Retail Associates in 2005. Jon has been involved in all aspects of retail real estate, representing landlords and tenants throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley and the Central Coast.

Sam Bogdanovich started his commercial real estate career at CB Commercial in 1996 and joined the Commercial Retail Associates team in 1999 ultimately becoming a partner in 2012. Sam has been involved in some of the more notable tenant rollouts and leasing assignments in the Central Valley and Central Coast. Sam has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer at CRA every year from since joining.

Sandra Caro began her career in 2009 while attending California State University Fresno where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with an emphasis on Illustration. After graduating she worked in packaging design for companies based out of Texas and California. Since then she has expanded into commercial real estate marketing and has been with CRA since 2019.
Thomas Anderson is past President and founder of Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. Anderson specializes in all aspects of shopping center leasing and sales, including site acquisition, site plan development, marketing strategies, development activities and feasibility studies. Anderson has been involved in retail shopping center leasing and development since 1978 and has been instrumental in the development of over 65 shopping centers during that period, comprising over 6,000,000 square feet.
Anderson, along with Kevin Tweed, originated Anderson-Tweed Commercial Associates, Inc. in November 1981 and sold their real estate brokerage company to Grubb & Ellis Company in February 1984. Anderson previously served as Vice President of the Commercial/Retail Department of Charles Tingey Associates, Inc. (Colliers) and was a Senior Marketing Consultant for Grubb & Ellis Company.
Anderson has been involved in approximately 48 grocery store transactions, including multiple deals with Save Mart Supermarkets, Vons, Safeway, Albertsons, Stater Brothers, Food 4 Less, Food Maxx and Lucky Stores. He has also completed 25 drug store deals with Payless Drug, CVS Pharmacy, Thrifty and Save On. Additional major tenant transactions include multiple deals with Costco, Kmart, Mervyns and Super Kmart, plus Target, Wal Mart, Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree and Orchard Supply Hardware.
