Since March 6, 2023, Dr. Macias-Hoag has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Nursing and Patient Care Officer for Rochester Regional Health. At Rochester Regional Health, Dr. Macias-Hoag is responsible for Nursing Practice & Operations while leading the Rochester General College of Health Careers and the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing. Prior to joining Rochester Regional Health, Dr. Macias-Hoag has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer for The University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN). While at UVMHN she oversaw the integration and alignment of nursing care across the system as well as working with The University of Vermont College of Nursing and Health Sciences (UVM CNHS). At UVM CNHS, Dr. Macias-Hoag functioned as the Associate Dean for Clinical-Practice Integration. Dr. Macias-Hoag has been a nurse and a nurse executive for over twenty five years. She has held roles in nursing and non-nursing areas for oversight of operations and practice. She has been innovative in developing and implementing models of care such as acuity adaptable unit at a heart & lung transplant unit.

Charlene J. Wilson, EdD, MPA, CCP is a highly accomplished Human Resources (HR) executive with an exceptional 30-year track record of achieving transformative results in the health care industry. Through her strategic and operational leadership, she has consistently delivered measurable improvements in employee recruitment, retention, and engagement, reduced reliance on contract labor, increased productivity, fostered diversity and inclusion, and effectively managed organizational change. In 2023, Dr. Wilson assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Rochester Regional Health (RRH), where she leads and collaborates with leaders and teams on various initiatives, including HR transformation, operational efficiency, and workforce strategy. As the CHRO of RRH, her primary focus is aligning the HR function with the organization's strategic framework and goals. She provides strategic direction to all facets of HR, including employee commitment and work-life innovation, and spearheads the ongoing transformation of HR into a high-value, strategic partner for the organization. Prior to joining RRH, Dr. Wilson served as the Chief People Officer for ECU Health in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Wilson's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, and a BA in Political Science from Hampton University. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her active participation in various esteemed organizations, including the Society for Human Resources, the American Society of Training and Development, and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

David M. Simpkins

As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Community Affairs, David Simpkins is responsible for overseeing the marketing and communications functions for Rochester Regional Health. Before joining Rochester Regional Health, David served as the vice president of marketing and communications for Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) in the National Capital Region. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the marketing and communications functions for Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, and Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland. David has more than 30 years of professional experience in strategic planning, marketing, communications, public relations, community relations, and health equity. Previously, he's held the posts of national vice president of strategic communications planning and resources at the American Cancer Society; vice president of planning, marketing and business development at Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland; a member of Ascension Health and vice president of marketing for Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland; a member of Trinity Health. David received his bachelor's degree from Towson University and his master's degree from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Richard "Chip" Davis - CEO

A native of the Finger Lakes, Dr. Davis comes to Rochester Regional Health from the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan, where he served as Senior Vice President and CEO of Henry Ford Health System's South Market and Henry Ford Hospital. With more than 33,000 employees, Henry Ford Health System is the fifth-largest employer in metro Detroit and among the most diverse. Dr. Davis' responsibilities as a CEO at Henry Ford included providing strategic leadership and direction over the clinical operations of the market and leading new clinical, academic, and commercial partnerships. He worked closely with clinical and service line leaders to enhance coordination between primary care networks and specialty services. He had oversight of more than 100 care delivery locations, including two hospitals (totaling 1,240 beds) and over $2.5 billion in net patient revenue. Henry Ford Hospital has one of the country's largest post-graduate medical education programs with over 1,000 medical students, 517 residents, 165 fellows, and 900 nursing students. While at Henry Ford, Dr. Davis led an initiative to create a state-of-the-art Health System Central Command Center to coordinate transfers, admissions, and discharges across all hospital facilities. He was also instrumental in helping to broker a 30-year definitive agreement for Michigan State University to become the main academic partner for the health system and worked on the team to implement the first Hospital-at-Home program in the state of Michigan. Under his leadership the market made significant improvements in key inpatient and outpatient quality indicators. Prior to joining Henry Ford, Dr. Davis spent more than 25 years with Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) in various positions, most recently as President and CEO of Sibley Memorial Hospital, a not-for-profit hospital in Washington, DC. At Sibley, he established an Innovation Hub, the first-of-its-kind healthcare improvement accelerator in a community hospital. Dr. Davis was also the Vice President of Innovation and Patient Safety for JHM, ran ambulatory operations, and led several transformational efforts for the academic medical system. He was on faculty at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, School of Public Health, and Business School. Dr. Davis received his Ph.D. in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He also has a Master's degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Davis returned to New York with his wife, Morgan Adessa, DAc. He has three adult children - Kylie, Dana and Will.
